1. No Refund After Panel Delivery

Once we provide you with your reseller panel login details or activate your IPTV account, no refunds will be issued.

Access credentials and activation codes are considered digital goods that cannot be revoked or resold once delivered.

2. No Refund on Credit Top-Ups

When you top up credits in your reseller panel or account, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

Credits are immediately added to your account balance and made available for service use — for this reason, we cannot reverse or refund them.

3. No Refund on Used Credits

If you have used your credits to create or renew IPTV lines, accounts, or packages, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Each credit use directly activates services on our servers, making it impossible to reverse the transaction.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:

• You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment system error
• Your order was not delivered, and we are unable to provide the service

Each request will be reviewed individually, and approved refunds (if any) will be processed back to the original payment method.
