1. Minimum Credit Purchase

• The minimum top-up or starting balance is 120 credits.
• You can purchase additional credits anytime from your reseller dashboard.
• Credits are added instantly after successful payment.

2. Credit Value

• 1 Credit = 1 Month of Subscription for one client line or account.

= 1 year access for 1 client

3. Creating and Managing Subscriptions

• You can create, renew, cancel, or refund subscriptions directly from your Reseller Panel.
• Each new activation deducts credits from your balance.
• When you renew a client, the system automatically deducts the appropriate number of credits.

4. Customizing Bouquets

• The Reseller Panel allows you to customize bouquets (channel packages) before activating a client’s line.
• You can include or exclude specific categories such as Live TV, Movies, Series, or specific country lists.

5. Cancelling Subscriptions

• You can cancel an active subscription at any time.
